Big issue with the water. It's yellowish in color and has a strange odor to it. I used bottled water for coffee after tasting it while brushing my teeth.
Nice folks running it but don't use the water.
I always book this hotel whenever I'm in the area.
I walked to the Mexican restaurant behind the hotel and the whole back of the hotel property had standing water in it and it smelled of sewage. Ruined a $200 pair of shoes. It was one of those things concealed by the tall grass... then you step in it... too late!
It's clean, quiet and close to anywhere you want to go in Forest.
Room was nice and the staff was great. Beds were a little stiff but other than that had a good time.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The rates were a little high.

Facility was nice. We had our "do not disturb" sign up until around noon when we left for the day, and were hoping that since the room service cart was one or two doors down they would still service our room. They didn't. But we probably should've put in a request. Overall it was it was good, bed was comfy, and we'd stop in again.
